Do you have gym programs?

Yes, the Physique Sculpting Program and the Lean Bulking Program are designed for the gym.

Which program should I start with?

I recommend starting with The Dumbbell Beast Program.

What equipment do I need to complete the workouts?

BarbarianBody All-Access has a variety of workout programs that feature everything from body-weight-only exercises, dumbbell exercises, and general gym workouts. There's something for everyone at every level.

How long does it take to see results?

Everybody is different, some users have seen results in as little as 4 weeks! Remember: combining both exercise and a proper diet is the most efficient way to see changes. Our diet plans and recipe book also come with the subscription.

What do I do once I finish a program?

There are a few things you could do. Firstly, try any of the other 7 programs. You could also repeat a program with heavier weights (5 lbs. more each time through). Or, you can try the program again with no breaks in between the sets for an extra challenge. 

Can I do regular workouts with the home programs?

Yes. We'd advise you to do your regular workouts after your follow-along BarbarianBody All-Access workout for the day. Retrain the muscle group so as not to fatigue the muscle group you will be doing the next day.

I can't complete the follow-along workouts fully, what can I do?

Try the workout with slightly less weight or incorporate longer rests between the exercises.
